Circles of Learning concept

Here's a model that would be easy for WNC EdNet to use in collaborative work, whether regional or global, Circles of Learning. The Learning Circle concept grew out of a research project at the University of California, San Diego from the 1980's, and was picked up by AT&T to be the guiding model for their Learning Network which ran from 1987 to 1996. Margaret Riel through iEARN (http://www.iearn.org/) has picked up the torch and continued this.
